Ordering
How do I place an order?
Find a poster you love, choose your size, and add it to your cart. Checkout takes less than a minute and works with all major payment methods.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. You have a 2 hour window after placing your order to cancel or update your shipping address. Email us your order number within that time and we'll handle it right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Every payment is fully encrypted and secure.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Your order ships within 2 to 5 business days, and you'll get a tracking link the moment it's on the way so you can follow it to your door.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location. You'll see the exact cost before you pay. No surprises.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. US orders over $144 ship free.
How is my poster packaged?
With care. Our 11x14 prints ship flat so they arrive smooth and ready to hang, and larger sizes ship rolled in protective tubes to keep them safe on the way to you.
Do you ship everywhere in the US?
Yes. PosterFi ships to all 50 states.
My package was returned to sender. What happens?
No worries. If a package comes back to us because of an address issue, we'll reach out to arrange a new delivery. Just reply within 30 days and we'll get it back on its way to you.

What sizes do you offer?
Plenty. From desk-friendly prints to large statement pieces, every size we offer is listed right on the product page so you can find the perfect fit for your space.
What are posters printed on?
Every poster is printed in vibrant full color. Our 11x14 prints come on smooth, thick premium card stock, and our larger sizes are printed on premium poster paper, so every size looks great on your wall.
Do posters come framed?
Our posters ship unframed and are sized to fit standard frames, so you can style them your way.
How do you keep prices so low?
Great prices are simply part of how PosterFi works. Posters start at $6 every day, not just during a sale, and the quality is the same at every price.
What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
You're in luck. New designs are added every week, and with Custom Posters you can turn any image you own into a print made just for you.
Custom Posters
Can I print my own image?
Yes, and it's easy. Upload your photo or artwork through Custom Posters, pick a size, and we'll print it with the same quality as every poster in our catalog.
What kind of image works best?
The larger and sharper your file, the better the print. If your image looks crisp on a big screen, it will look great on your wall.
Returns & Support
My order arrived damaged. What now?
We'll make it right. Email support@posterfi.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the damage, and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
What is your return policy?
Every poster is printed fresh for your order, so all sales are final. If anything arrives damaged, reach out and we'll take care of you.
